Every custom program (CP) is created around your goals, fitness level, injuries and lifestyle. All CP’s are made mobile, ensuring you’re capable of training any and every where. Program delivery time - approx one week post initial meeting.
| STEP TWO | BUILD CUSTOM PROGRAM
Nutrition tips, general and specific health knowledge, recovery wisdom and of course knowledge that specifically applies to you and your needs. My goal for you far outweighs increasing your strength or decreasing your fat; I want to help you lay the foundation for a healthier way of life.
| STEP THREE | Program Hand Off
We walk through your new program together, discuss implementation and away you go, slaying all things life.
